When it comes to owning a condo or townhome at Crystal Mountain, there are two forms of ownership styles available: whole and fractional ownership. With whole ownership, your up-north home is yours 24/7/365. As the sole owner, you have the flexibility to enjoy your place whenever you want, and you alone benefit from the revenue generated should you select to place your place on rental. You also take on the responsibilities for all expenses, including any needed maintenance and updates.

Fractional ownership is as the name implies. It provides the joys of fully-deeded property ownership at Crystal Mountain, but at a fraction of the cost. The fractional properties at Crystal are available in either quarter- or eighth-share ownership. Schedules are determined in advance, and rotate from year to year. As a fractional owner, you can use all or a portion of your dedicated weeks, and place your unit on rental through Crystal Mountain when not in use. When it comes to maintenance and updates, your expenses are shared with the other owners and included in your monthly association dues.

There is no ‘wrong way’ to own a vacation property at Crystal Mountain – it is simply a matter of what works best for you.
