NORTH VILLAGE

FIRST TRACKS

The heart and soul that makes Crystal Mountain special is its vibrant village core. Imagine an extension of this energy into Crystal’s next development – the North Village. This vision for Crystal’s future is documented in the Master Plan, the evolving road map that guides all its land use decisions. With an iterative approach to development, we continue to carefully plan Crystal’s development to meet market preferences and create sustainable value over time.

The anchor of North Village will be First Tracks, a slope-side, skier-focused mixed-use building at the base of the Loki Quad and just to the north of Crystal Center. The conceptual plan for First Tracks is similar to the Inn South, with commercial use on the main level such as snow sports schools, rental and retail, and luxury, multi-key, fractional ownership residences on levels two and three. Convenient and welcoming guest and skier drop-off and pick-up, parking, and pedestrian access are all carefully incorporated in its design.

In addition to its prime slope side location, elements like a year around event plaza, lush gardens and an outdoor pool will help make North Village a great place to gather in all seasons. Currently, our Development Team is in the market research phase.
